Although I do have to say it is frustrating to have a hip that hurts all the time but hey...pain is gain in a different way.
Anyways I am so excited to start teaching spin class at 6pm March 21rst...Friday nights until end of May at Motivations...I have MISSED teaching soooooooo much and am so pumped to motivate and push out some good rides for the spinners...can't wait to make a killer playlist to boot...
